At ZINC, we stand behind our gear; if your equipment doesn't help you reach your peak performance, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase. All products must be in original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the pre-paid return shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
